How to Nominate a Deserving Individual for induction into the NCWA Hall Of Fame

1. Hall of Fame Nomination Forms Are Available on line at www.ncwa.net

2. All nominations must be submitted no later than January 15th of the year of induction.

3. Nominations must be submitted in written form to:
